Modification of Tuition Fees for Non-European Students from 2025-2026

Starting from the 2025-2026 academic year, the applicable tuition fees will be:

Exceptions apply to students enrolled in 2024-2025 under the following conditions:

  • A first-cycle student who paid an increased fee in 2024-2025 and remains enrolled in the same program in 2025-2026 will continue under the 2024-2025 fee regime (until a maximum of 2026-2027).
  • A second-cycle student who paid an increased fee in 2024-2025 and remains enrolled in the same program in 2025-2026 will continue under the 2024-2025 fee regime (only for the 2025-2026 academic year).

 

How much do tuition fees cost per academic year?

Belgian, European or assimilated students 

Bachelor and master

Regular fees : 835

Intermediate" fees (for students on low incomes) : 374 €

"Reduced" fees (for students with grants)  : 0 €

Complementary registration : 247 €

Specialized Master in Health Sciences

Tuition fees for the first 120 credits : 485 €

Next years : 32 €

Teaching qualification for upper secondary education / Higher education teaching certificate

Individual courses

The minimum amount of the registration fee is 139.1 € euros and entitles you automatically to 10 credits.

Assimilation

If you are a student from a non-EU country but you meet one of the assimilation criteria, you will be considered as an european student, this could lead to a reduction in registration fees.

How to pay your tuition fees?

Once your registration form has been validated and your MonULB account is active, you will be able to pay your registration fees:

  • Online : By means of a credit card via the Ogone payment system accessible directly on your MonULB portal.

  • By bank transfer : structured communication is personal and specific to each student and the academic year concerned. You will find the necessary information for the transfer on your MonULB portal.

  • At the payment counter of registration service by credit or debit card : to avoid queues, we advise you to pay online or by bank transfer.
