Course content
Sterility; bacterial growth; bacteria identification; microbial analyses of pharmaceutical ou cosmetic products; microbial water quality; antibiotics sensitivity assays and mecanisms of resistance; biocids efficacity assays; environmental microbial quality control; identification of microorganisms by PCR or reverse hybridization

Experimental comprehension of asepsie, sterility, environnemental microbial contamination interfering in pharmaceutical products, bacterial growth; knowledge and use of microscopic, biochemical and genetic methods to identify bacteria, fungi and virus; performance in methods to enumarate microbial contamination in pharmaceutical products, microbial water analysis; biocids efficacity assessment; comprehension of bacterial antibiotics resistance and assessment methods
