Course content
The economic public law especially analyze the role of the State and the local or regional authorities in the regulation of the economic activities. The course also examines the legal instruments of which the authorities lay out and the institutions of the public interventionism.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
To study the legality of the interventions of the public authorities in the economic life and the evolution of the traditional freedom of the marketing activities and industrial. The objective is to offer to the students the conceptual means allowing them to understand where to place the cursor between official regulation and freedom of the market and how the traditional rules of the public law can to open with the requirements marketing and right of the competition. Without giving up the reference to the general interest and with the traditional french theory of the "service public".
Teaching methods and learning activities
Course "ex cathedra", illustrated of many examples drawn from the practice and Belgian and European jurisprudence.
