Course content
History of art and archaeology of the Roman Republic and Empire. Study of the material culture (sculpture, painting, ceramics, architecture, minor arts, urbanism) of ancient Italy and its relationship with those of the surrounding civilisations.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
Initiation into the analysis of the material remains and artworks produced in the pre-Roman and Roman periods in Italy.
