Course content
Analysis of questions related to recruitment, selection, personnel assignment, personnel assessment in the course of career and career development : Concept of intelligence, aptitudes, personality, competences. The question of wellbeing at work.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
To develop competences in the apprehension of keys concepts in personnel psychology in order to put a precise diagnosis and to be able to propose adequate interventions.
