Understand how organizations work and why people behave as they do in work settings.
Better understand your own OB.
Improve your ability to analyze and understand organizational situations in terms of OB theories and concepts.
Improve your skills in reacting appropriately to organizational situations using OB concepts.
Improve your ability to create and maintain healthy and productive work environments.
Teaching methods and learning activities
This course involves a mix of theoretical lectures and seminars (group work). The primary teaching method in this course is active learning. The theoretical lectures will be more standard ones, but some time will be devoted to exercises, debates and video illustrations. Instead, the seminars involve group exercises, debates and simulations that draw on your current experiences and the assigned readings.
