Course content
Real number. Sequences of real number. Real functions (limited to one variable) - limits, continuity, derivability. Taylor developements.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
Study the basic concepts and tools of real analysis necessary for the engineering sciences in general, as well as developing the ability to go further in mathematics. Prepare for the next analysis course (on vector analysis, differential equation, partial differential equation and Fourier series).
Teaching methods and learning activities
Ex-cathedra classes completed by exercices sessions (limited to 30 students).

Regarding the theoretical part; being able to reproduce proofs that have been developed during the course. Exercices (25%) close to those solved during the practical sessions.
