Course content
Observation of literary and journalistic texts, particularities of writer’s style, rhetoric and strategy of writing. Numerous written exercises practising advanced and specialistic vocabluary.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
Practising of abilities acquired at lectures of Polish. Learning the rules of construction and composition of different types of texts in diffenrent styles and levels of Polish. Practise of different written forms in preparation for Master’s thesis and professional specialization.
Teaching methods and learning activities
Professor’s explanations follow immediately the exercises in class, in group or individually. Not only meetings with journalists and writers are foreseen in the frame of lecture, but also training in libraries, redactions or Polish cultural institutions in Belgium.
