Course content
Steps in a chemical analysis and evaluation of methods. Separation techniques (extractions, chromatograhic and electrophoretic techniques). Analytical methods such as absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence, atomic absorption. Electroanalytical methods. Mass spectrometry. Laboratory work familiarizes the student with the quality of an analytical result on the basis of volumetric, gravimetric,spectrophotometric and pH-measurements.
