(2) Structural elements in steel : steel products, classification of sections and structures; determination of the carrying capacity of columns and beams (excluding lateral torsional buckling). (3) Structural elements in reinforced concrete : materials; determination of the carrying capacity of (non slender) columns and beams; serviceability limit states (cracking and deflections) (4) Properties of concrete
