Introduction: definition of criminal policies
First part: social defence doctrine
Second part: administration of criminal justice and criminal policies
Third part: belgian criminal policies
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
Student will understand the ways the criminal policies are thought, organized and implemented by policies makers and professionals. Student will know key institutions and professionnals of criminal policies.
Teaching methods and learning activities
Ex cathedra course including interactions with students.
Differents parts of the course are completed during supervised exercices.
