Course content

The matter of this course varies each year. A topic in connection with the public law, and often with its recent developments, is selected. After some theoretical talks intended to brush the broad outlines of them, the various facets of the matter are deepened by the students who write each one a work on an aspect of the studied question and present orally a synthesis of it.
