Course content
administrative status (entry, residence, detention and return) of all categories of aliens (nationals from countries third to the European Union and privileged aliens like European citizens, refugees, students, victims of trafficking, etc), including judicial protection and social, economical and political individual rights of the concerned persons.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
helping students to acquire a global overview of the rules applicable to aliens in Belgium, including the international and European framework, in order to allow them to find their way in this complicate legal field.
Teaching methods and learning activities
classical course made of oral presentations on the basis of a textbook comprising the rules that the professor will comment during the classes.
