Positivism in public international law. How various schools of thought envisage the system of sources of international law, the types of relations between subjects of the international legal order, interpretation, and the relationship between law and ideology

Provide a theoretical background that would enable students to better grasp the fundamental concepts and mechanisms of the international legal order
Teaching methods and learning activities
Partly ex cathedra, partly seminar with discussion of specific topics (based on preparatory reading assignments)
