Course content
The course aims at providing the students with the knowledge that will enable them to clearly understand the current issues where bioethics meet the law, national or international.It concentrates on the reciprocal interferences between the law, the medical sciences, scientific research and experimentation.Its perspective is to look from a multidisciplinary point of view at questions relating to human dignity and respect for human rights in the successive stages of life, from conception to death.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
The research, also multidisciplinary, aims at developing a free thinker’s theory about the legal aspects of these problems.
