Course content
The course will cover the following topics:

Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:

Understand and apply concepts related to a leadership position in an organization (unit, department, company, group, etc.). Topics covered in the course include corporate culture, team dynamics, talent management, self-control, and more. The course focuses on the human aspects of business.

Reflect and act on their personal development. The student will have the opportunity to discover and analyse his behaviour as a leader of an organization.

Develop and communicate a personal opinion.

Prepare and present case studies.

Confront their opinion with CEOs.
Teaching methods and learning activities
The diversity of learning activities will allow the student to develop complex skills:

Lectures introducing the theoretical concepts related to organizational leadership.

CEO interventions.

Preparation, presentation and discussion of case studies.

Group projects including a final work integrating the different elements of the course.

Individual student participation throughout the course.

Class participation of students throughout the course (individual assessment).

Group works including a final work (collective evaluation).
Mark calculation method (including weighting of intermediary marks)
Final grade is composed of:

Individual assessment based on classroom participation throughout the course (30%).

Collective evaluation based on different group works including a final work (70%).
