Theoretical analysis of a problematic in personnel psychology (theme defined each year, for example: motivation, satisfaction, implication, conflicts, etc) ; Hypothesis ; Elaborating of assessment tools ; Investigation among workers ; Statistical analyses of collected data and interpretation ; Drawing up research report
