Course content
As the general information is provided by means of bibliographical documents, the course focuses on some of the most significant literary works of Spanish and Latin-American literature. These are contextualized and analyzed in a diachronic perspective, as well as illustrated with representative excerpts (in Spanish). The exercise sessions allow students to ensure their good philological understanding of the excerpts that are explained. Students are also requested to read and prepare five «key books».

To give an overall view of Spanish or Latin-American literature, as well as knowledge and tools most relevant to their assessment.
