Course content
The course will consist of six thematic modules each concerning successively Antiquity, Middle Ages, the Early Modern and Contemporary era. They will study the specificities of the societies of these different periods and study issues in a diachronic perspective.
Objectives (and/or specific learning outcomes)
Identify main themes of the history of Western societies from ancient times to the Twentieth Century.
