ULB has received EU funding through the COFUND programme. Its project is entitled IF@ULB (Individual Fellowships at ULB), and it will enable the University to hire 63 post-doctoral researchers as part of international exchange programmes.

ULB has received the HR Excellence in Research award from the EU, and is especially attentive to its researchers' careers and training, as well as to their exchange opportunities with other universities with the EURAXESS programme.
