InfOR-études : our Studies Info desk

Are you currently studying abroad, at a secondary school, university, higher education college or other higher education institution? The advisers at InfOR-études can answer any question you might have about studies, student life, ULB services, the University’s study programs, job prospects in each field, etc., at any time, all year long.

You need

  • help with choosing or changing your course of study,
  • more information about the study programs or the teaching available at ULB,
  • to find out about career opportunities,
  • fuller information on entry requirements and the possible course transfert,
  • information on life at ULB in general (services, accommodation, sports, libraries, etc.)
For any of these matters, and much more, our trained professional information and guidance advisors are here to help you.

Remote appointments

We provide virtual appointments upon prior request.

  • Appointments are typically available on Wednesday afternoons, and will exceptionally be offered on January 23rd and March 13th.
  • Each appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes.

How to Schedule an Appointment:

  • Send an email to etudes@ulb.be.
  • Include “Remote Appointment” in the subject line.
  • Clearly state the reason for your request and provide details about your current situation.

Virtual information session for pupils and students outside the European Union

We invite you to join an interactive presentation, in French or English, from the comfort of your home, about higher education in Belgium.

What This Virtual Information Session Offers:

  • Detailed information about the academic programs and the range of studies available.
  • An overview of the support services available for international students (housing, academic support, etc.). Insights into student life in Belgium.
  • An introduction to the unique features of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)


Session Format:

A one-hour presentation conducted by academic advisors and guidance counselors, followed by a 15 to 30-minute live Q&A session. During the presentation, microphones will be muted, but you will have the opportunity to submit your questions in writing and receive real-time responses.


Who Is This Session For?

This session is exclusively designed for non-European students, with a primary focus on final-year secondary school students (future holders of a secondary education diploma). If this does not apply to you, we encourage you to explore our other activities.


When and How?

The virtual information session will take place on January 30, 2025.
 
  • The session in French will be held at 10:00 AM (CET).
  • The session in English will be held at 2:00 PM (CET).
This event will take place via Zoom and requires prior registration. You will receive the practical details to connect to the session no later than 5:00 PM on the day before the event.

This service is entirely free of charge.
