A partir des prérequis, rappel des principes de conversion d'énergie dans les turbomachines, discussion détaillée des pertes et du rendement, lois d'échelle et de leurs limitations, du bruit. Méthodologie du choix d'une turbomachine. Conception aérodynamique des turbomachines : définition de l'écoulement moyen, analyse des grilles d'aubes et aspects quasi-tridimensionnels. Applications aux turbopompes, turbocompresseurs et turbines.
Objectifs (et/ou acquis d'apprentissages spécifiques)
Comprendre le fonctionnement des turbomachines et devenir ainsi capable d'utiliser ces machines de manière rationnelle.

This teaching unit contributes to the following competences:
